On Tuesday, the Civil Aviation Authority announced that Rustaq in South Batinah governorate had registered the highest rainfall accumulation over seven days, from October 24 to 30.

Data gathered from rainfall monitoring stations during this period revealed that Rustaq received 44mm of precipitation, while Jabal Shams recorded 38mm, Ibra 24mm, Nakhal 22mm, Wadi Bani Khalid 21mm, Al Qabil 19mm, Khabourah 18mm, Quriyat 15mm, Bidbid and Bidiyah 13mm each, Samail 11mm, Diba 9mm, Barka and Samail 7mm each, Suwaiq 6mm, Al Hamra and Mudhaibi 4mm each, and Amerat 3mm.

The Meteorological Office's forecast for Tuesday indicated, 'There is a possibility of convective clouds forming and isolated rain occurring over the Al Hajar Mountains and some parts of the Sharqiyah governorate in the afternoon.
