Oman Air has temporarily halted its services on Monday, December 4, in response to the substantial rainfall experienced in Chennai.

According to a statement released by Oman Air, 'In light of the heavy rainfall in the region and the closure of Chennai International Airport on December 4, 2023, our operations to and from Chennai are temporarily impacted. We are diligently working to accommodate our passengers on alternative flights as soon as the airport reopens and regular operations resume.'

The statement further advises passengers with upcoming flights to and from Chennai to verify their flight status on http://omanair.com or by reaching out to the Call Centre at +968 2453 1111."
