The Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, through the Directorate General for Roads and Land Transport in the Dhofar Governorate, has officially declared the restoration of all roads that were affected by the tropical condition "Tej."

Eng. Omar Ahmed Muflih, the Director General of Maintenance, informed the Oman News Agency (ONA) that technical field teams from the directorate collaborated with private sector companies to successfully reopen the Diam-Sarfeet road.

Furthermore, he noted that the directorate has also effectively rehabilitated all other roadways, which includes the Argut-Ashikhart Road and various mountain routes.
