The Airports Innovate Conference and Exhibition were officially inaugurated today by H.E. Eng Said bin Hamood Al Maawali, the Minister of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, and the Chairman of Oman Airports. The event, hosted by the Sultanate of Oman through Oman Airports, took place at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center in Al Irfan City.

With over 400 local and international attendees, 30 sponsors and exhibitors, and 60 speakers representing global airport leaders, aviation technology developers, airlines, civil aviation authorities, industry suppliers, and air transport experts, the conference marks a significant gathering.

Sheikh Aimen bin Ahmed al Hosni, the CEO of Oman Airports and Board Chairman of Airports Council International, expressed pride in hosting the inaugural Airport Innovate Conference, jointly organized by ACI Asia-Pacific, ACI EUROPE, and ACI World. He highlighted the event's alignment with Oman's 53rd National Day celebrations and extended an invitation for participants to enjoy the conference and the beauty of Oman. Sheikh Aimen bin Ahmed al Hosni acknowledged the wisdom and guidance of H.M. Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, emphasizing the crucial role of his leadership in elevating the nation to greater heights.
