Oman Declares A Voluntary Decrease In Crude Oil Production

The Sultanate of Oman has declared an extra voluntary cut in crude oil production, amounting to 42,000 barrels per day, starting from January 2024 until the conclusion of March 2024.
This decision aligns with the precautionary measures undertaken by OPEC+ to bolster the stability of oil markets.
The Ministry of Energy and Minerals clarified that this supplemental reduction builds upon the preceding voluntary decrease of 40,000 barrels per day, which extends until December 2024
