The Royal Opera House Muscat (ROHM) is set to host its annual concert on October 17 in celebration of Omani Women's Day.

This highly anticipated annual event, held to coincide with Oman's National Women's Day, serves as a platform for people to come together and honor the remarkable women in the Sultanate of Oman and around the globe.

In a spirit of unity and respect, the Royal Opera House Muscat extends an invitation to the audience to engage with this event on multiple levels. Firstly, it provides an opportunity to offer heartfelt congratulations to the inspirational women across various facets of life, including dedicated mothers, wives, women in industry, the arts, science, academia, and public service. Secondly, it encourages families and friends to come together with their cherished loved ones to express their love and gratitude. Lastly, the concert showcases exceptional musical performances by women.

For the 2023 – 2024 season celebration of Women's Day, the ROHM will feature a concert with esteemed guests. The Al Nour Wal Amal Ladies' Orchestra holds the unique distinction of being the only orchestra composed of blind musicians performing classical music at an international level, a testament to their exceptional talent.

The Royal Oman Symphony Ladies' Ensemble represents the highest musical standards among Omani women. Noor Al Qassim, a celebrated pianist from Bahrain, has graced orchestras worldwide and earned accolades at international piano competitions.

To complete this extraordinary lineup, the renowned singing superstar Majida El Roumi will join the performance.

The theme of ROHM's 2023 – 2024 season is 'Stars, Legends, Dreams.'
