The Ministry of Labour (MoL) has announced the availability of 1,322 job rotation opportunities across 28 government units.

Job rotation is a management strategy that involves periodically reassigning employees to various departments or roles within an organization. This approach aims to enhance employees' versatility, evaluate their skills, align tasks with their competencies, and reduce job monotony.

The MoL has highlighted several advantages of this initiative, including enhancing the quality of government services by increasing the efficiency of the workforce, driving administrative reforms, grooming capable leaders, and elevating institutional performance.

A statement released by the MoL has specified, 'The job rotation program is open for applications until November 11, and government unit employees can apply through the Ejada platform.'
