Four Individuals Apprehended For Attempting Drug Smuggling Into Oman

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) apprehended four individuals for their involvement in an attempt to smuggle over 70 kg of hashish and 10 kg of crystal into the Sultanate of Oman. The statement from ROP noted, "The General Department for Combating Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, under the leadership of South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police, detained a citizen and three Asians during the act of smuggling. Legal procedures have been undertaken against them."
