Beaches To Reopen In Oman For ‘exercise’, Restaurants Can Operate Takeaway, Delivery Services
Category: Coronavirus
Nearly after two months, the Supreme Committee has allowed beaches across the Sultanate to reopen for only “exercise and individual sports”.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the committee said gatherings at the beaches are banned. Meanwhile, restaurants, mobile cafes and licensed street vendors are allowed to operate takeaway and delivery services during the night closure ban, the committee said on Wednesday.
In the wake of rising coronavirus cases, the committee also banned direct flights from UK. The ban also applies for those transits passengers who travelled through UK during the last 14 days with an exception for Omani citizens.
