Supreme Committee May Stop Flights From Few Countries: Minister

Oman may consider stopping flights to some countries where coronavirus cases are significantly increasing, the country’s Minister of Health said.
His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Saeedi, Minister of Health said: “The Supreme Committee is analysing the data especially from countries like Tanzania. “Those coming from Tanzania record 18% of positive cases and that is a very high number,” Al Saeedi said.
“Therefore the Supreme Committee is considering stopping flights with countries where Covid 19 is spreading in a worrying and dangerous manner,” he added.
