Around 5 factories are working to produce medical supplies in Oman.

A statement issued online by Ministry of Commerce and Industry said: "Around 5 factories are working on producing medical supplies. The Salalah company for Medical Supplies is working to produce 100,000 masks daily and 3 million monthly. They are also working on producing 2 million gloves monthly."

The Ministry confirmed that Al Watnyah Company for Industrial Detergent is working to provide 2 million sanitizer packages monthly.

"Oman Perfume Factory is working to provide 1 million sanitizer packages monthly and Reem Company for Investment and Commerce is working to provide 2000 sanitizer packages monthly," the statement added.

The Ministry pointed out that PDO works to make 100,000 liters from sanitizers monthly.
