On Sunday, a delegation from the Ali Al Sabah Military Academy in Kuwait, led by Brigadier Khalid Shuja Al Otaibi, visited the Military Technological College (MTC). Upon their arrival at the college, they were warmly welcomed by the Acting Commandant of the MTC.
