Bayan system will be temporarily suspended from December 2 to 3, 2021, for updating the system.

"The Directorate General of Customs announces to the commercial community and related partners that the Bayan system will stop working at 10 pm on Thursday, December 2, 2021, till Friday, December 3, 2021, at 12 pm in order to make some necessary updates. We call on the commercial community to take advantage of the pre-clearance service for shipments expected to arrive during this period to ensure the smooth movement of goods," Oman Customs said in a statement.
