Court To Confiscate All Devices Used In Cybercrimes In Oman

All devices, tools and programs, other instrumentation and proceeds of crimes will be confiscated by the court in cases involving cybercrimes, Public Prosecution said.
A statement issued online by Public Prosecution said: "In cases involving cybercrimes, the court shall confiscate all devices, tools and programs, other instrumentation and proceeds of crimes as per article (32) of the Law on Combating Cybercrimes."
