Cyclone Shaheen: Over OMR 62 Million In Compensation Claims, Says Oman’s CMA

The Capital Market Authority has indicated the amount of compensation from insurance companies for those affected by tropical situation Shaheen amounted to more than 62 million OMR.
“The Capital Market Authority indicated that the volume of compensation and claims settlement for insurance companies for those affected by the tropical situation Shaheen amounted to about OMR 62.37 million through the registration of more than 9,800 claims distributed over a number of affected states in the governorates of Muscat, North and South Al Batinah,” Oman News Agency, ONA said.
