Employees In Oman Can Now Freely Switch Jobs

Employees in Oman’s private sector can move between one company and the next, should their services be required.
A statement from the Ministry of Labour said, “Private sector establishments may seek the assistance of manpower belonging to other establishments to work in their facilities, provided a written agreement is signed between the establishments.
The ministry added: “Multiple establishments owned by the same partners may delegate their employees to work in any of those establishments when necessary.”
