On November 1, 2023, His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who serves as the Chairman of the Office of Development and Martyrs Families Affairs at the presidential court of the United Arab Emirates, arrived in the Sultanate of Oman.

According to the Oman News Agency (ONA), His Highness was warmly received upon his arrival by dignitaries, including Engineer Said bin Hamoud Al Maawali, Minister of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, Mohammed bin Nakhira Al Dhaheri, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Sultanate of Oman, and Basil bin Ahmed Al Rawas, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth for Sports and Youth.

Accompanying His Highness on this visit were Suhail Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, and other officials.
