His Majesty the Sultan sends a cable of condolences to the President of India for the flood victims.
The Oman News Agency said, "His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sends a message of condolences to His Excellency Ram Nath Kovind, President of the Republic of India, over the victims of the floods caused by the collapse of an ice mass in the state of Uttarakhand in northern India."
