His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sends a cable of congratulations to his brother His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, on the occasion of his swearing-in the constitutional oath and assuming power in the sisterly State of Kuwait. 

Through it, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to his brother, the Emir of the State of Kuwait, for continued health and wellness, praying to God Almighty to guide him in leading the brotherly Kuwaiti people to achieve more of what they aspire for in terms of progress, advancement, and prosperity.
