The Minister of Interior conveys the greetings of His Majesty the Sultan to the Emir of Qatar.
Oman News Agency ONA, "Greetings and wishes of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to his brother His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar. They were conveyed by His Excellency Mr Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior, during his reception at the headquarters of the Police College in Al Sailiya in the Qatari capital Doha."
