The Ministry of Labour has confirmed that the work contracts of the national workforce in private sector establishments are registered electronically, which is based on the agreement of both parties. 

A statement issued online by Ministry of Labour said, "The Ministry of Labour is working to review legislation, regulatory decisions and procedures related to organising the labour market and improving its conditions as required by the current stage, which contributes to strengthening the support of the national economy and the stability of the national workforce in line with professional standards and to achieve a stimulating work environment responsive to changes in cooperation with the various relevant authorities."

"The Ministry confirms that the service of registering work contracts for the national workforce at the private sector establishments is done electronically on the ministry’s website between the employer and the job candidate, where the employer registers the contract electronically and sends a notification to the candidate to accept or reject the contract. The terms of the contract resulting from the wages and bonuses are determined by agreement between the parties to the contract without interference by the Ministry, taking into account adherence to the minimum wages stipulated in the Labour Law. "
