The award acknowledges the NCSI's contributions to digitalizing statistical tasks, not only in terms of data digitization but also in enhancing knowledge and facilitating decision-making in alignment with Oman Vision 2040.

Dr. Khalifa Abdullah Al Barwani, CEO of the NCSI, stated in a release that this achievement is a result of their efforts in the realms of digital transition and sustainable development. He emphasized that the award underscores the comprehensive progress in digital development within the Sultanate of Oman.
