The Sultanate will celebrate Omani Crafts Day, which falls on the 3rd March of every year.
A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA), said: "The Sultanate will celebrate tomorrow the Omani Crafts Day, which falls on the third of March annually, due to the importance of crafts in the growth of social, economic and cultural projects and their influential role in supplying society with developed utilitarian and aesthetic products with an established symbolism of the national identity."
"The number of craftsmen in the Sultanate practicing all kinds of crafts reached more than 24,000 craftsmen by the end of 2020." the statement added
